What are the Shipping Costs?
The shipping is FREE Domestic ( USA) and Internationally it's $18 We ship through the USPS, and it takes approximately 5-7 days to be delivered within US, and 14-24 days internationally.
How do I track my order?
Usually, it takes 3 day to process your payment and we will ship your gorgeous package right way. Once it is shipped you will receive the email with the confirmation and tracking number.
Can I return the item?
Sure, stylish. Just make sure it has been less than 14 days since you ordered your item. For example: if you ordered your item on 1st January, it needs to be returned and shipped back to us by 14th January. The clothing needs to be in a condition it was received with the labels attached. When your item is delivered back to us, we will process your refund as a STORE CREDIT only. You can use your store credit for a year and for any items in the store. If the items was bought with discount or on sale it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.The shipping cost for return is paid by the customer. For international shipping, we are not responsible for customs fees and we do not adjust the price on shipping slips.
Don't forget that we are a vintage brand and sometimes clothes that are more than 30-50 years old can show some wear even though we select the best quality items.
Are your clothes authentic vintage?
Yes, our clothes are scored by professionals and dated accurately. We give the vintage clothing a modern revamp, so our brand looks very modern. Our vintage clothing would have the original label (if it exists, some vintage clothes are handmade) and our label "Revamped by ULTRA-CAT in California''.
What is your REVAMP program?
You can read about it here. Shortly, if you have clothes that you love and have an emotional attachment to it, but you feel it is outdated and boring, you can send it to us and we will revamp it for you! Is it risk-free? Yes! Before you send us your clothes, you take a quiz, letting us know what is your style, what you like and dislike and this particular item of clothing. How much does it cost? The range is 30-100 US Dollars depending on the particular item. We will send you the quote as soon as you complete the survey.
Why do you only have one size for every item?
We are one of a kind, the unique clothing brand that makes a vintage clothing looking as it is straight from the runway. That is why we are committed to the quality, rather than quantity. Also, it is a nature of the vintage, that it does not come in large quantities. If you have any particular requests, you can contact us here and we will take care of your desires!
What about the condition of the clothing?
Perfect condition-no flaws, no spots, no holes
Good condition- minor imperfections that are almost invisible
Descent condition- major imperfections. Very rare, because we remake and redesign most of our items
